When I started IIDIKA, it wasn’t just to create another consulting firm—it was to build a place where ideas meet execution, and people from all walks of life can find solutions, support, and direction in their business journey.

My story began on the ground—working with grassroots entrepreneurs, small business owners, and ambitious youth who had the vision but lacked access, structure, and trusted guidance. Over the years, I saw how talent was often overshadowed by systemic challenges: unclear strategies, unstructured finance, poor market understanding, and limited digital reach.

So I decided to bring it all under one roof.

IIDIKA was born out of the need for an ecosystem—where businesses can be hand-held from Day 1 to Year 10, with real, practical consulting that’s grounded in empathy and results. Whether it’s helping a village-based water bottling unit access government subsidies, or guiding a tech startup from pitch deck to funding, every client at IIDIKA gets our full attention, a custom roadmap, and a long-term partner.
